SMS Program Terms

What we send

• Verification codes — one-time passcodes when you verify your phone number or reset access.
• Order notifications — confirmations for skip-trace and postcard orders you place.
• Billing notifications — trial-ending reminders, renewal notices, and payment problems.
• Lead alerts — new hot leads matching your saved searches or farm territories (subscribers who opt in).

How you opt in

Verification codes are sent only when you request them. All other categories are off by default: you opt in per category in Account → Notifications after verifying your phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Frequency & rates

Message frequency varies with your activity (typically a few messages per week at most). Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

Stopping & help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel all texts immediately (a single confirmation of the opt-out will follow). Reply START to resume. Reply HELP or email support@smartpropleads.com for assistance. You can also turn categories off any time in Account → Notifications.

Privacy

Your phone number is used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
