County data coverage

13 North Texas counties, refreshed on each source's own cycle — here's what comes from where.

Counties covered

Collin · Dallas · Denton · Tarrant · Rockwall · Grayson · Kaufman · Ellis · Hunt · Johnson · Fannin · Wise · Parker

That's over 3 million parcels across the DFW metroplex. Each county also has its own hub page with counts and lead-type breakdowns — see the county links in the footer, or browse a county hub.

Where the data comes from

  • Property & ownership — county appraisal districts (CAD): owner of record, values, exemptions, property characteristics. Synced on each county's refresh cycle.
  • Deed verification — County Clerk records confirm cash purchases and free-and-clear status. Deepest in the core counties (Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant).
  • Tax-delinquent flags — county tax-office rolls, refreshed regularly (Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton today; more counties as sources open up).
  • Pre-foreclosure — trustee-sale filings, updated weekly.
  • MLS status — listing activity via NTREIS, so you can see at a glance whether a property is already on the market.

What varies by county

Counties publish different levels of detail. Interior attributes like bedrooms and bathrooms are richest in Dallas County; some smaller counties don't publish square footage or year built for every parcel. A blank field on a property card means the county hasn't released that attribute — not that the property is missing from our data. Ownership, values, and lead signals are present across all covered counties.
