What your plan includes
- Free — browse and search with masked owner details; calculators and limited comps.
- Pro ($99/mo) — full owner details, AI lead scores, up to 200 AI property summaries per month, saved-search and farm alerts.
- Elite ($199/mo) — everything in Pro, with up to 1,000 AI summaries per month.
Searching, filtering, and browsing results never consume credits — search as much as you want.
Pay-per-item services
- Skip trace — $0.50 per lookup. Owner phone numbers and emails for properties you pick. No-hit lookups aren't charged.
- AI postcards — $2.00 each (4×6) or $2.50 (6×9 jumbo). Written for each recipient, printed, stamped, and mailed first class; you pick the size, design and audience.
Both are ordered from a campaign or result card and billed at checkout — you always see the total before paying. On Pro and Elite your monthly credits are applied first (a skip trace is 1 credit, a 4×6 postcard 8, a 6×9 postcard 10); you only pay for what the credits don't cover.
AI credits
Credits power the heavier AI tools — an AI Deal Coach analysis costs 1 credit. Buy credit packs at Buy credits; they don't expire month to month.
Where to see your usage
Your current plan, AI summary allowance, and credit balance appear in the app header and on the plan page. Receipts for every purchase are emailed to you.
