Your first search
Three ways to find leads — filters, plain English, or the map — plus how to save searches and get alerted.
Lead Search: filter by motivation
Lead Search is the workhorse. Pick from 27 lead types — tax-delinquent, pre-foreclosure, absentee owner, free-and-clear, cash buyer, high equity, and more — then narrow by county, city, value, equity, or years owned. Each result card shows the property's signal stack (why it's a lead) and, on paid plans, an AI motivation score. You can also search directly by address, owner name, APN, or ZIP from the search box.
AI Search: describe your buy box
Type what you want in plain English — “absentee owners in Frisco with 15+ years of ownership and $200k+ equity” — and AI Search translates it into filters. Review the applied filters and adjust; nothing is hidden behind the magic.
The Map: farm a territory
On the Map, draw a polygon around any neighborhood to create a farm. You'll see live counts and owner/equity stats for everything inside. Save the farm to track it over time and get alerts when properties inside it change status — new distress signals, ownership changes, and more.
Save searches, get alerts
- Any search can be saved — name it and it appears in Saved Searches.
- Turn on alerts and we email you a digest when new hot leads match (paid plans).
- Saved farms alert on both new hot leads and distress-status changes inside the territory.
From lead to outreach
Save promising properties to a campaign, skip trace them for owner phone numbers and emails, or launch a postcard campaign — all from the result card or the campaign view. Costs are per item; see Credits & pricing.
